"I really enjoyed your video. I live in Northeast Oklahoma City and now when I go through Del City, I recognize more places. Just driving by before, they were just places. It gives you a little ownership in the area if you know something about it."
"I enjoyed rewatching your video. I feel what made the video interesting was that the cradle is still in actual use. How cool is it to have had someone share this story with you. The story was just long enough to keep me interested and you asked some…"
"Hi Sandra, really enjoyed learing about how Sooner Rose acquired it's name. You did a wonderful job not only telling the story with you script, the pictures were also key to your story. I really enjoyed your friendly narration."

I am a soft spoken person who can get along with anyone. I do not care for and try not to participate in conflict. Since I can remember I have had a great love of books and reading and a love for children. I have always wanted to be a teacher or librarian. I love to read, dance, and write a little. Someday I hope to be a published author. I am married and I have three grown children of which I am very proud, a four year old granddaughter, and a grandson on the way.

Main interests in the Celebrate Oklahoma Voices Project:
I missed an opportunity before to register for one of the workshops. I jumped at the chance when I saw this one. I want to learn skills and fine tune them. I do want to write one day and wokring through this venue will help. Also as and educator I feel that this project will help me get out and touch the community and to offer my students some other opportunities.
