COV Facilitators: Share lessons learned!

If you have served as a co-facilitator or lead-facilitator for COV, we'd like you to join this group and start a new discussion topic in which you share a "lesson learned" from your facilitating experience. Remember this is a public forum open to everyone in the COV community as well as others who visit our website, so if something is embarrassing or sensitive you might not want to post it here. Feel free to not mention names and/or not mention the location of the workshop if you think it's appropriate to preserve anonymity for a specific incident.

It's important we find ongoing ways to share our experiences, and we can use our learning community (as well as opportunities to meet face-to-face) to do this on an ongoing basis.

If you have other suggestions for ways we can better support our COV facilitators, please let me know. We are developing a facilitator's handbook and are considering possible dates for an early fall get together for COV facilitator training. More info to come on that later!
