Have any other COV participants had difficulties with the Plantronics headphones? My set worked perfectly for about 2 weeks, but now my MacBook won't recognize them when I plug them in. I have no idea what to do. Am I the only one this has happened to? Any help? I have looked online for help but can't find anything that works.
Kristi: I have had trouble on my MacBook Pro with one of my Platronics headsets as well. I suspect it is a driver issue but don't yet know how to fix it.
Have you tried using the headset on another computer to see if the headset itself is broken? In my case my headset DOES work on other computers, but just not my Macbook Pro anymore.
